It’s about love…
It could have been about many things in life. But as I have come to understand it, those ‘many’ things in life revolve around love and money. All the mundane activities that we do is mostly about money. That hours of travel in bus, those hops of local train, that toiling under the sun or tapping keyboards in an air cooled cubicle. It’s all about money. For a part of life it is quite facsinating. But it’s nothing like love. Love is ever fresh, ever soothing ever fascinating. It gives you a high without smoke. Nothing goes as deep inside us as love does.
We all have our share of secrets. The feelings that we could never tell. The relationships that still puzzle us. People never fool themselves as much for anything but love. The smartest often feel clueless about it. Love is simple, but is even simpler to complicate. The most difficult part is to keep it the way it is, simple and blissful. Easy to turn it difficult, painful.
That’s why I decided to write about love. For that’s what I see all around me. Love is what remains when you have everything. Love is what completes you. No wonder everyone is crazy about it. Everyone. Includes you, includes me and includes the person you’ve been thinking about all this while and the person who I fell for. It’s a special day for her today. There is an endless flow of thoughts, ideas, rants, ramblings and interpretations that keep pouring out of me. I have just been trying to give it some shape, and thread together those wonderful love stories that keep happening around me. All are unique and still have so much in common. This is just another love story. It is basically the Philosophies of a pragmatic lover… A love story that could have been, dedicated to every loving heart.
Nothing so special about this story. If something is, it’s just that it’s about love…
